Felicia Hay

Felicia has been a part of our team for 10 years and works in our Personal Lines Departtment and is our Marketing Specialist. In her eyes, the best part about working in the Insurance industry is being able to help others and the relationships it creates. Felicia is a West Holmes graduate and resides with her husband Grant. In her free time, she enjoys going to antique markets and help with local youth cheer.
