Jessie Pumphrey joined TMA in 2025 as a licensed agent in personal lines insurance after spending 13+years in the medical field. She has a certification in Medical Assisting and is licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. Jessie is friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. She enjoys building personal relationships with clients and helping them feel secure in their coverage. Outside of work, Jessie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
