Penni Stertzbach has been with TMA since 2017 and brings many years of experience in the insurance industry. Specializing in personal lines insurance, Penni is passionate about helping clients find policies that suit their needs and budget. She is known for her strong organizational skills, excellent listening abilities, and commitment to customer service. Outside of work, Penni enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and relaxing by her pool in the summer. She has also contributed to her community as a 4-H leader for ten years. Penni is motivated by a desire to stay busy and work with her close-knit team at TMA.
